Thermo Ultimate 3000 HPLC/UHPLC System

This rapid separation system is perfect for HPLC and UHPLC applications, and would do well in any laboratory requiring high resolution separation and/or with a high throughput of samples. The high pressure proportioning pump mean it is capable of achieving flow rates between 0.2 mL/min and 8 mL/min and pressures up to 1034 bar. The well plate sampler is designed to handle these high pressures, and has a split loop design that minimises carryover. The VWD detector allows collection of data over four UV-Vis channels at once. Please see the details of individual modules below, and note that we are able to modify this system to suit your specific needs as required. This item includes a six month electromechanical warranty, and extended warranty options are available.

Thermo UltiMate HPLC Solvent Rack SRD-3400 with Degasser

This solvent rack supports pumps which do not have built-in degassers, ensuring a stable baseline. The SRD-3400 has four channels and is compatible with a wide variety of pumps, including nano and capillary flow.

Thermo UltiMate HPLC 3000 HPG-3400RS Binary Pump

This HPG-3400RS system is designed to operate at ultrahigh backpressures and high flow rates simultaneously. This makes it highly suited to a wide variety of analytical applications, including method development, routine analysis and analytical research. It is suitable for flow rates up to 8 mL/min and UHPLC applications up to 1034 bar. Can be used with up to four solvent lines, and includes a rear seal wash system. It uses Thermo Scientific™ SmartFlow™ technology to automatically compensate for compressibility.

Thermo Ultimate HPLC WPS-3000RS Autosampler

This autosampler is designed for high pressure, high throughput and high resolution applications, such as for pharmaceutical, food, or environmental routine analyses. The WPS-3000RS is also very versatile, making them highly valuable in a research environment. At both conventional and high pressure ranges, the WPS-3000RS offers excellent injection performance and minimal carryover due to the split loop design. This module supports up to three well plates or various vial trays, and can be configured to inject volumes from 0.01 to 500 μL. It is suitable for use at pressure up to 1034 bar.

Thermo Ultimate HPLC Column Oven TCC-3000SD

This column oven is capable of temperature ranges between 5 and 80 °C with precision and accuracy. It has the option to add one or two switching valves operating at up to 1034 bar for full UHPLC compatibility, which allows for column switching techniques.

Thermo UltiMate HPLC 3000 Variable Wavelength Detector VWD-3400RS

Variable wavelength detector designed for UltiMate 3000 rapid separation systems. This detector can acquire from up to four UV-vis channels, making it suitable for analytes with different absorption maxima, and is ideal for widely varying analyte concentrations. It can be used for both isocratic and gradient elution, and with a high data collection rate is suitable for UHPLC applications. Various flow cell sizes are available in SST, PEEK, and fused silica.
