Description
Thermo Q Exactive UHMR Mass Spectrometer
Designed specifically for the analysis of macromolecules such as proteins, applications include but are not limited to: top-down proteomics, intact protein analysis and native mass spectrometry. This ultra high mass range mass spectrometer is able to analyse up to 80000 m/z, has precursor selection up to 25000 m/z, without compromising on sensitivity. In-source trapping in the injection flatapole region provides controllable desolvation and fragmentation, focusing of the ion cloud for improved transmission, and the ability to perform pseudo-MS. Advanced Quadrupole Technology (AQT) featuring a segmented Thermo Scientific™ HyperQuad™ mass filter provides increased ion transmission and superior isolation window shape. We can provide the necessary software, an LC system and/or forevacuum pump as required. Warranty options available, please get in touch!
